The "Virtual Automobile Dealership Showroom with AI Sales Chatbot System Powered by MERN & OpenAI API" is our ambitious initiative to disrupt the traditional automotive dealership landscape. At the heart of this digital transformation is the seamless integration of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, collectively known as the MERN stack, forming a robust, virtual car showroom with a dynamic web application interface.

Prominently featured in this virtual showroom is our pre-eminent attraction - an AI-powered, sales-oriented chatbot developed using the OpenAI API. This ingenious bot is designed to elevate customer service, handling a myriad of tasks - from answering customer questions, providing comprehensive insights on various car models, facilitating test drives, to assisting with financial transactions. With applied machine learning and natural language processing, the chatbot learns and refines its precision with each interaction.

2. Responsibility

My role in this project was comprehensive - I built the Online Sales Chatbot, designed the Showroom Website, constructed the CMS, and developed a Node.js backend integrated with several third-party APIs, including Twillio, Stripe, AutoTrader, Code Weavers, and Evolution Funding, etc.
